Too many rules not on paper and landlord imposes fines. For example: Can't have more than 2 car even if you have the space to park in driveway.($100 fine) Yard needs to be up kept frequently. ($100 fine) Laundry room closed, sewer drains always back flow, swimming pool isn't kept in good conditions, the event room is always closed. As a tenant of 14 years I've seen everything has really changed from good to worse. If you're planning to move in, make sure you ask around first and read the lease closely.
