I left a message requesting an appointment as a new customer. I was called back in a timely manner and was given an appointment. Day of appointment the stylist texted with cancellation due to illness. Everyone get sick, that is not the problem, however, the stylist didn't indicate if she would or could rebook. It felt awkward to pursue an appointment at the salon. :(
I love Tangelo! Everyone here is always so welcoming and my hair always looks great. Erica is truly the BEST, she’s delightful to be around. And the salon is always so clean and fresh! I’d recommend to anyone and everyone!
I have been following Erica from salon to salon over the years and have always had a great experience. So excited and happy for her that she has her own salon now.. Erica always does her best to fit me in at a convenient time, and on the occasions where she can’t, she has set me up with another stylist at Tangelo- I’ve always walked away with the happy client hair bounce😃
I have always had wonderful experiences at Tangelo. The salon is beautiful and clean, there is plenty of parking, and all the staff are extremely friendly. I’ve been going to my stylist, Erica, for over a decade. I have never been unsatisfied because she listens to what I ask for and really knows what she’s doing.
