No one was knowledgeable about my eye condition (which I already had a formal diagnosis for from years prior with another doctor) and no one made the effort to research this pretty basic condition. I left with more questions and zero solutions offered. All I was told was “I’ve seen worse”. Dr. Tang could not give me a definitive answer on all questions that I asked. I left feeling like no one on the staff attempted to hear what I was asking, which is unfortunately all too common for women seeking medical attention.
They are wonderful give them a raise :)
