Dr. Tang is a great optometrist and very knowledgeable about his craft, my only issue is that he was 30 minutes late to my appointment. It was very inconvenient for me, given I had gotten off work to get my eye exam and I had taken way longer than expected due to his tardiness. After my appointment he had another appointment waiting and told me I would have to wait until the next appointment was over to get my prescription. This was very unprofessional and unfortunately I would not go back due to this.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time; perhaps all time. These guys are top notch. Epitome of excellence, not in a fluff check the box way but in true human to human service/collaboration. Plus I got some great new glasses!

Dr. Tang and his whole team were welcoming. He himself was amicable, straight-forward, and informative. You can tell you'll be taken care of quite well there.
