Called 30 minutes ahead of time to inform the Doctor I would Be late because I was traveling with my infant child. Only to be told to reschedule after waiting almost 40 minutes. because the doctor forgot she had an appointment. Extremely frustrated and disappointed as I wasted my gas and time.
The doctor was great, but the scheduling department was unprofessional and lacked empathy for the customers.
Excellent Doctor , really listens to your concerns. Front staff is wonderful, very caring and helpful .
Great doctor but terrible terrible costumer service They don’t make you feel welcome And when I called them to speak with doctor about my mediations that I just got prescribed they never called me back I will not come back
