Very bad customer service. They have two locations and have scheduled the appointment for another one, when I was making it they have not clarifyied where and who is coming and ended up by kicking clients and blaming them. Teach your reception staff to make appointments professionally and sort out the problems in a good manner and in favor of the customer. And it would be good to clean the restrooms and inside I spotted .
Mi lugar favorito para realizar masajes, con una excelente atención y sobre todo un lugar muy agradable. Solo que antes de llegar asegúrate de realizar una cita o si no la haces puedes esperar un poco para ver la disponibilidad. Lo mejor de este spa es el horario porque si sales de trabajar tienes tiempo de pasar a darte un masaje porque cierran hasta las 10 pm.
