I politely asked to use the restroom and was told it was for customers only. I completely understood, so I offered to buy something so I could use it—and was still denied both service and the restroom. She said either way it’s a no? Being turned away when you genuinely need help feels incredibly inconsiderate and unnecessary. Basic decency goes a long way and I would never give my business to a place that can’t even provide that.
Please bring back the lunch buffet. Its the reason so many of your customers come in.
