We work with Sherri Tower at the Fairview branch.She is lovely to deal with. She responds quickly and is available to meet in a timely matter. Follows up and follows through with care and professionalism. We highly recommend Sherri and Tandia.
Unknown to me, my wallet had slipped under a chair at Tandia's Burlington Fairview branch. Tandia's cleaner recovered my wallet and handed it to the Branch Manager. Tandia's staff traced me, and Devon called me. I got my wallet back rather quickly. It's contents were fully intact. I appreciate everyone's honesty and efficiency. Thank you, Tandia.😃
Fantastic service was provide by Irina, and the banking service is excellent. All my banking needs were met, and all questions were answered. Definitely 5 star s ervice.
One of their clients lost their wallet and it was returned to me (a local business owner). Tandia refused to lift a finger to help him get it back. After 30 mins on hold I finally reached someone at corporate and asked them to call him and provide my contact details. They yelled at me, cancelled his credit card and hung up. Left a message with this local branch and they didn't even bother calling back. The message to Tandia clients seems clear: they don't care about you.
