My experience with Sherri Tower have been excellent. She works tirelessly to get you the best rate and the communication and speed with which she handles inquires, even old ones that require complicated searches are handled well. We are currently doing our mortgage again and continue to be impressed. She’s also warm and knowledgeable. Unknown to me, my wallet had slipped under a chair at Tandia's Burlington Fairview branch. Tandia's cleaner recovered my wallet and handed it to the Branch Manager. Tandia's staff traced me, and Devon called me. I got my wallet back rather quickly. It's contents were fully intact. I appreciate everyone's honesty and efficiency. Thank you, Tandia.😃
