This vet is absolutely amazing. The interior of the building itself is so clean, professional, and very welcoming. The front desk staff are friendly immediately when you walk in and we were taken to our exam room right away with no wait. The vet tech, vet assistant, and Dr. who performed the wellness exam for our dog were absolutely incredible. I took my cat Cleo to Tandem for her international travel certificate. Dr. Agrafojo, our travel agent Ms. Coyne, and every receptionist and nurse I met there are incredibly compassionate and accomendating. They walked me through all the complicated logistics and kept good track of every documentation and exam and saved me from an otherwise nervewrecking journey. My initial experience at Tandem was a delight for both myself and my guide-dog Tashi. I sensed a great deal of delight and skill on the part of the medical staff. Tashi's veterinarian was very helpful in explaining to me the rationale behind his need for the various tests and offering of food and other care recommendations. The total price for the visit was surprisingly low and very reasonable . All in all, I am very grateful to Tandem for their demonstrated skill and reasonable pricing.
My dog received highly skilled, efficient, and wonderfully compassionate care at the Tandem Mobile Pet Clinic. It's obvious that the doctors and assistants love their work and the animals they care for. The examination was thorough and they took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Most importantly, they made sure that my dog was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend this veterinary service!
We were treated with the utmost care and respect at Tandem. Our dog hates going to the vet, but she actually enjoyed her visit to Tandem. Everyone was so kind and affectionate. We highly recommend this vet clinic.
