Hands down the best vet experience I had. My cat was urinating blood, and when I called them, they got me an appointment right away. The building is very clean, neat and organized and they have so many detailed caring touches - snack corners for your pets, the care room had a personalized message on the screen, they new my cat’s name right away, etc. The doctor was one of the nicest I’ve met. My dog has a tooth infection and I called my previous clinic and nothing helped but was not able to see me until March... so I Google searched and found Tandem and then I called and told me to come immediately and then when I come in it looked like I was fancy hotel and didn't know was a vet hospital because it was so nice and fancy.. they were able to se Bella right away and the Dr. Roumanis and sawako were amazing . they gave detail about Bella's condition and made me feel reassured. We had a great experience at Tandem. Everyone was friendly and my dog got excellent treatment. I was given a quote before her dental procedure and the actual bill came in under the top of the range. The procedure was well explained and the at home care instructions were clearly communicated. Her teeth look great!

This vet practice was new for us. They offered to see us the day of our pet’s problems. Tandem reached out to our other vet to get all her records. They got us in (on my request) the very next morning. The space was easy to get to, had parking, was clean and welcoming. They took care to ask all about our pet not just the reason why we were there. This was hands down the best vet I've ever been to! Mimi is 10 years old and after years of buildup, it was time to get her teeth cleaned. I had previously gotten a quote from another vet earlier this year with an egregious range ($900-$3400!) that had honestly deterred me from going through with the cleaning.
