I took my cat Cleo to Tandem for her international travel certificate. Dr. Agrafojo, our travel agent Ms. Coyne, and every receptionist and nurse I met there are incredibly compassionate and accomendating. They walked me through all the complicated logistics and kept good track of every documentation and exam and saved me from an otherwise nervewrecking journey. My dog received highly skilled, efficient, and wonderfully compassionate care at the Tandem Mobile Pet Clinic. It's obvious that the doctors and assistants love their work and the animals they care for. The examination was thorough and they took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Most importantly, they made sure that my dog was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend this veterinary service!
We took Soji in to the Tandem van for her annual vaccines. She did not have a great time, but Dr. Agrafojo sussed out some of the issues we have had in keeping her fear free and we'll be making changes and visiting the clinic when it opens. That alone was worth the visit because we have been giving her gabapentin despite erratic and negative results. The van is a nice little facility, totally immaculate. Have already recommended to our friends.
Brilliant service from Edward and the girls. First time there for Lula and she enjoyed the attention from everyone making her at ease. Would thoroughly recommend Tandem at Somerville.
I live down the street from their new somerville clinic and it's beautiful! The staff has been nothing but nice and helpful. So happy I made the switch from my previous clinic. My dog and I love it here!
