My old gal (14 yo italian greyhound-terrier mix) had dental surgery at Tandem and I couldn't be happier with her care! My dog has a tooth infection and I called my previous clinic and nothing helped but was not able to see me until March... so I Google searched and found Tandem and then I called and told me to come immediately and then when I come in it looked like I was fancy hotel and didn't know was a vet hospital because it was so nice and fancy.. they were able to se Bella right away and the Dr. Roumanis and sawako were amazing . they gave detail about Bella's condition and made me feel reassured. This vet is absolutely amazing. The interior of the building itself is so clean, professional, and very welcoming. The front desk staff are friendly immediately when you walk in and we were taken to our exam room right away with no wait. The vet tech, vet assistant, and Dr. who performed the wellness exam for our dog were absolutely incredible. One of the best vet clinics I’ve ever been to! They had me come in for an exam the same day after I had called multiple clinics desperately looking for someone to exam my dogs mouth + overall health due to a broken tooth that seems to be causing a lot of pain and needs to be removed and then they scheduled us for the tooth extraction the day after! They have been really well and careful with my dog Jax, he is an aggressive and protective little guy but everyone at Tandem took care of him and were able to check him and give him his vaccines. No other vet has done that for my little guy, and they were able to help and get the job done! This is the place to defintely bring your dog, from the moment you step in ? to the doctors looking at the dogs, this is an awesome place and will defintely be bringing my dog back if anything else !
