Terrible experience. Unprofessional and refusing to release escrow funds with some vague excuse. Do not do business with them or any of their affiliates. Also do not do business with any realtor or lender that recommends them or asks to use them.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Title company. They did not prepare the closing documents in a timely manner, getting them to us only about an hour before. Then took forever sending closing proceeds. Now, the money that was held in escrow has been lost to a bank fraud and they have no update on when they can release any of our funds due. Completely unprofessional at every turn. I would caution everyone to stay away from this title company at all costs.
