I am only providing TWO stars because the closer was fantastic. He was early, professional, friendly, and absolutely perfect. I have closed with him before, and he has ALWAYS been extraordinary. However, the processor/main contact Stephanie Cranford was antagonistic and made a difficult transaction heated with her constant antics. 1. Amazing! Heather and Jed were very professional and thorough. Today, Heather really was my breath when I felt I didn't have anymore in my body. She was so positive and assisted me when I was having a total meltdown. I'm so glad we were able to close on our new house today!
