Service was outstanding. Staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. Service was also fast. I heard a scraping sound when I held the brakes on my vehicle. I told the team I heard it coming from the front right. They checked it and said no it was the rear and changed the rear after I said ok. No scraping heard after and I can feel the brakes working better.
I needed four wheels and tires for my camper. After calling around I learned that Tandem would be able to complete the work the next day with the products I needed. To my surprise when I pulled my camper in to leave it overnight, Jeff asked if I wanted the job done while I was still connected to my camper. Chad pulled out his tools and completed the job in 20 minutes and I was happily on my way. That's the type of service that stands above and beyond! Thank you for a great experience! Mac
