I got an alignment there and checked my tire pressure at the gas station next door 5 minutes after leaving. One tire was at 10 psi. How is it even possible to get an alignment with a flat tire?
The Tandem staff are always helpful, efficient, and courteous. Have been doing business with them for almost 20 years!
Had a flat tire at 11pm and was 20 miles outside of Dubuque. They had a flatbed tow truck there within 30 min so no fear of damage to my car and the customer service was amazing. Even let me bring my dog in the truck and went completely out of his way to give us a ride home before having to drive all the way back to the office - not getting home to his family until probably well after 1 am. He was super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!!
We received excellent service from a professional and friendly staff. They were prepared and ready even though we arrived slightly early. They were careful and respectful in regards to our vehicle. The installation was done in a timely manner which is always appreciated.
