I started seeing Dr Orkre in January 2022. I was noticing that I was feeling happy and outgoing one moment and sad and depressed the next. My mother told me I should go get help from a psychiatrist because she noticed the same thing in me. I said no I am fine but at the same time I did notice signs that I did needed to get attention for. (Edit) The first visit was great, but not so much the second visit due to lack of clarity and transparency in communication regarding additional patient follow-ups for necessary admins or requests. They ended up refunding the second session, which I took as a token of apology.
Dr.Okere and her staff are absolutely incredible! They’ve been very helpful with my different diagnosis, helped me declare my dog as an ESA, and their front desk worker Emily is very helpful and always trying her best to help with insurance and my medications. Thanks to them life is a little easier!
Dr. Nelly and her team are WONDERFUL: Responsive - always answers the phone, and my emails. Knowledgeable - the front desk is well aware of all policies and procedures pertaining to: new patients, new appointment questions, general questions, questions about medications, insurance questions, etc. Dr. Nelly is very accommodating. Dr. Nelly sees my son and it's been almost a year. She listens to my concerns. She has been very professional and forthcoming with all of I her thought processes behind everything that is talked about in regards to my son, I like the fact that she's open and answers all of my questions. My son is autistic he doesn't really speak to adults. But after the third appointment, he happily says hi to her, and then runs away. That is progress. 🥹
