I am not even sure anyone actually works there. I have NEVER had a phone call returned when I worked there and now I can't get a hold of anyone to ask why in the world I received a w2 for 2019 when I left there in Sept 2018. I have paid all taxes for that job when I filed in 2019. If you provide an 800 number it stands to reason that someone answer the phone. Anytime I call a recording that asks what you need and states someone will get back to you in 24 hours. Please hire enough people to handle your phone system. We would be out of business if we conducted our business in this very off putting manor.
