Wow! What a great family ran business! We went for the 1st time at Chuck's in Greenwood on a Sunday...Yesterday, as a matter of fact. The smells from the truck just titillated our appetite. We ordered fish and chips, cole slaw, and extra fries for me. I am a crab vegetarian! Lol! I eat no animals except for crab. But I just love it so much! The food truck experience was disappointing on multiple levels. Not only was the food lacking in taste and healthiness, but the wait time was unacceptably long. After enduring a 45-50 minute wait for a chicken sandwich, the explanation given was that chicken takes time to prepare. Overall, it fell far short of expectations. Consider this as favor, and save yourself some time and avoid bad taste.
Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. And the fish pieces were huge!
