I completely understand that not every offer will be accepted, but I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. After I made a reasonable offer on a bundle of items, they accepted my counteroffer, but as soon as I stepped outside, I could hear them talking badly about me for trying to negotiate. If you don't want customers to negotiate, don't accept the offer—but talking about a customer the moment they walk away is incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary.
The Tandem Estate team is fantastic! I’ve been working with them for years both personally and professionally, on both the real estate and estate sale sides. Mike is reliable, trustworthy and level-headed, even in the most stressful situations. I’m grateful for all of Tandem’s knowledge, experience and support!
Poorly ran estate sale. It was complete false advertising! Drove for 2 hours to get to this sale. Showed up and most of the high end furniture that was advertised was not even there! Took over 1/2 hour to get a price on a piece they hadn’t marked as they all needed to talk to each other to determine a price. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Very very disappointing experience!

We used Tandem Estate Sales after the death of y mother. None of us live nearby, and the process of disposing of all the belongings and furniture in the home was far more than anyone in the family was in a positon to undertake. Had we done so, it would have been a tremendous expenditure of time, effort and money.
