Took ‘Strength and Conditioning’ with Kristin P and it was a really great class! Kristin was awesome, doing a really good job to explain the movements, flow of the class and recommendations for weight to make sure your form was on point. Looking forward to my next class!
My first warm yoga class and first one in about 18 months. Superb pacing and flexibility (for us non-flexible guys). Many options to add flow or just work on balance and strength. Warm vs hot was a win -- didn't come out drenched and I'm ready for the next class. Zero attitude and lots of helpful guidance on poses from Kristin. Definitely a good option for us "olds" who need to work on core and flexibility
Tandem Cycle in Asbury Park is hands down one of the best workouts you can get on the Jersey Shore. The energy, the lighting, the music, it all hits different. Absolutely fantastic experience at Tandem Cycle ABPK! I worked with the team to coordinate a class for a group of 15 and everything was seamless. The class was amazing - Emily had fantastic energy and music! We really loved the environment and it was so clear that the studio's mission is to promote true wellbeing. We will definitely be back!
