This has been an extremely upsetting experience with this clinic. The lack of professionalism in its administrative services is unacceptable, particularly given the cost and nature of the service. Patients should not have to repeatedly follow up because required paperwork was not processed.
unprofessional. The naturopath rolled her eyes and was defensive when I talked about my past medical history and asked her a question. Perhaps she felt she needed to be defensive once she found out I also worked in healthcare. Well girl I wouldn't be coming to a naturopath/seeking alternative medicine if I didn't want to lol

She is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated healthcare providers I’ve ever met.
