Joe the owner and his team are great people, treat us like family, I live in Puerto Rico and we have a problem with my truck that bought in a Auction, he fix everything in a great time and with the best quality parts!! Highly recommended!!
My check engine light was on in my work truck so I took it to Tancredis, like I always do. They ran a quick diagnostic test and said I would be good until I could get it in the shop. I asked Joe to check under the truck and let me know if it was time to start thinking about buying a new one. When your mechanic calls and tells you it’s time to buy a new truck, you know you have a guy you can trust. He could have said it’s only minor issues and kept working on it for who knows how long. Joe Tancredi has been taking care of our cars for 20 years at least. Very reliable.
I took my RV in for inspection and an oil change. Nick was very friendly and helpful at the counter. Their inspection was very thorough and found a defect in my brakes that could have become a serious issue. They performed the inspection and completed the repairs quickly and the costs were reasonable. The vehicle was ready for pickup when they said it would be and they even helped guide me to back out into the street on my way out.
