The place is beautiful but the HOA is atrocious. No sense of money. No empathy or compassion for others. I’d move if I could.
$350 to $800/ month hoa fees in 5 years. Avoid at all costs
Rotting wood ALL over. Tanasbrook is starting to look dumpy. Too many occupants trashing the place . Things have progressively got worse through the years. All for a HEFTY HOA fee!
Honestly such a beautiful little neighborhood. I’m super proud to call it my home
