Rotting wood ALL over. Tanasbrook is starting to look dumpy. Too many occupants trashing the place . Things have progressively got worse through the years. All for a HEFTY HOA fee!

This is a nice are to visit, but to own here, could be better. The home owners association needs to get on the ball and hire better landscapers who will not be lazy. Who will actually do their job when it needs done. The hot tub should be open year round. It is very difficult to understand how our association monies are being spent, when we have issues with the outside of our home and the HMO refuses to fix it before it becomes a major issue, such as black mold or complete dry rot.
