Went to the door at 8:00pm. The store hours are clearly listed on the front of the door and they stated that the store closed at 9:00pm but the door was locked. There was employee sitting at the counter who clearly saw me trying to get in and flat out ignored me. Every time I have come to this location the customer service has been terrible and/or their beds or system doesnt work but I keep coming back cause they are the only one in my area that stays open until 9pm.
