I was up-saled to their best bed, a week later some of the bulbs went out, It was fine things happen, but its been over 2 months now and there is only 4 bulbs working today, I went in this afternoon after I was told weeks ago it would be fixed, no warning or anything that only 1/4 of the bulbs are working.
