I have had multiple issues with this place. Not just the Vancouver one but multiple tan republics. They have over charged my account, which in turn made it so my card declined when my student loan was coming out. I tried to go on stay and save and the person from the head office didn't place me on it. After that happened it took entirely too long to make things right and now they are trying to overcharge my account again.
