Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. If you're looking for a doc to ghost you, Dr. Duong is your guy. I've been messaging for weeks about a prior authorization form to get my Rx filled, and no response whatsoever. Office staff was no help either. Do better.
Dr. Tan Duong has been my pcp for 12 years and I am not planning to find another pcp. He is a very professional doctor and will listen to you about your health problems.
