I am so grateful for Dr. Jesse Tan. He's provided such great care for my dad and his condition. I truly appreciate his expertise and thoroughness. Dr. Tan is also very knowledgeable and highly experienced. Would definitely recommend!

I went to Dr. Tan hoping for help with a fungal infection on my tongue. The Dr's assistant prescribed a drug that had no affect. I called with my complaint and was told they will call me back. They called back to tell me I didn't pay the full copay and I owed them another $50. That's not a problem. There was no mention of my call for help. I never did hear back from them. I am giving one star because there is no lower rating. Terrible! Stay away!
They set the standards for customer service for front Desk. Once they take you in the examining room, it doesn’t stop there with great customer service. I had surgery at Long Beach Memorial and pre-op was fun. Dr. Tan was calm, cool, collected and made me know everything is going to be great. Bed side manner was great. Plus, Dr. Jesse Tan had a good sense of humor.
