I have had several bad experiences with the office staff here. Most recently, I arrived for an appointment only to find that the physician I was there to see wasn't even there. They said they left me a voice mail to reschedule the appointment, but I had neither a missed call nor a voice mail from them. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me.
