Tee was very kind and managed to squeeze me in for a window replacement on a very cold Friday. He came off as a very genuine person and was forthcoming about any issues he encountered during the service. I want to note that despite the fact that my insurance took care of the cost, Tee's price was HALF the price that Safelite quoted me for the same service (Rav4 Front Passenger Window Replacement). Tees has helped me with two vehicles, including one with a very tricky calibration. Way better than Safelite or any company you see advertised on TV. Tees was very open and transparent with any issues and communicated well. If I ever have window issues again I will definitely come here.
Hands down, the best customer experience ever. Had some troubles with my insurance company but Tee's Auto Glass went out of their way to help me out step by step. It's been a week since my glass replacement and no issues. Amazing stuff these guys do! Don't go nowhere else but here, where the experience these guys have is unmatched.
