These days, it can be hard to feel like you get excellent customer service. But with Tee's Auto Glass, I felt very comfortable and confident about the work they were doing. Tee was both responsive and highly professional throughout the process. Why not support a local shop and have a great experience, to boot? I facebook him set up the apointment and had it replaced all in one day. He fast and friendly. I wound get him again the next time. He's the best. Alot better then saftlite. He has skill.
This place is AWESOME. My car tail light cover was shattered when I was on vacation and I came back frantic looking for a way to replace it. I came upon Tee’s Auto Glass not even knowing if he could replace it and he was able to order the parts asap and get me in by appointment. He was extremely quick the process took about 30 minutes and was extremely communicative throughout the entire week to update me on my parts getting delivered to contacting me day of appointment. Awesome service, great price and great people!
Just got my windshield replaced on my VW Jetta and they did an awesome job! I set up the appointment on Wednesday for Friday the same week. The two of them showed up around 9am and were done before 10am and they were able to do it in my driveway in Columbia Heights. Plus they had one of the best prices in the area! Super professional service and so I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future.
