Horrible service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TURN YOU OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCY WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO TELL YOU ANYTHING IS WRONG !!! The owner will not return any calls or talk with you about the problem! When asked why they didn't contact me, I was told we don't have time to call people and tell them to pay there bills. I would have paid it if I knew there was a bill! I haven't tanned here since 2014 didn't think anything of it until I got a letter from a collections agency. I love it! JC Tan Company is Awesome! I go to the Gray location, always friendly, clean, and there beds are always hot with new bulbs!! I recommend them to everyone that wants a great tan!!
