Staff unhelpful, dr passive aggressive. Left feeling worse.
Urgent care is only a name, need to wait hours
I was told on entry they were fully booked but after witnessing my condition for a minute longer they asked me to take a seat. The nurse who triaged me (Kate) was very kind and the doctor came, took a look, gave some instructions and came back about 20minutes later to care for me. No gap fee to pay. Great care. Highly recommend if needing urgent care that doesn’t require a hospital visit!
