Finally had the chance to use this service yesterday and was extremely happy with the outcome, super friendly Staff, the receptionist was lovely and caring, the nurse was kind and caring and Dr Sara was Amazing, they all apologised for the wait time but honestly I was greatful to be able to be seen at all, was Maybe 3 hours total, I highly recommend using this service, way better than sitting in hospital emergency department, thankyou to the lovely staff, really do appreciate your help time and efforts.
Staff were helpful and informative. What I thought wasn't a major issue, if left could be serious. Admin was nice and helpful, nurse was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful, Dr was kind, easy to understand. There was a short wait. If not an emergency but cannot wait for a future drs appointment I would recommend this service.
