The dental work was fine as far as I know. The care was not good. I was constantly called “honey”. Very patronising. I have a name please use it. I had taken sedation prescribed by dentist and was left on my own between treatment for an extended period of time with no way to contact staff if required. I was not asked if I would like to use the toilet or have a drink of water. I had to make my own way out of the room feeling very unsteady on my feet to go to the toilet and find water at reception. As I was travelling I needed to find a dentist quickly, from start to finish everything was very professional. Mary was very helpful, my dentist was lovely and empathetic to my needs.
After years of being scared of the dentist, I bravely went to see Dr Shabana. It’s such a warming experience, everyone is so gentle and caring and understanding of dental anxiety. Huge thanks to the dental assistant Ronika and the rest of the team. Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding visit today with the amazing team. The front desk staff was courteous ,friendly and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Anneka took the time to explain each step of my treatment, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I felt completely at ease.
