We recently purchased a Skoda Superb privately and have contacted Tamworth Skoda on two occasions. Both times I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Mitchell in the service department, who has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. In a time when expectations are often low, his service really stood out, which is why I felt compelled to leave this review.
Service used to be better when it was handled by the VW department. Not great now. The attitude from the staff really puts off. Better off finding an independent euro mechanic in town or nearby after the service period
Wish we bought somewhere else. Absolutely terrible service once the deposit was paid. Good luck getting a hold of the staff. Let alone the disaster car delivery....
