Great public hospital, most staff were great . Thanks for looking after me on my long stay. YEAR 2020 I broke my foot very badly. They looked after me amazingly well, even when it was super busy. Also had many weeks of physio here . Year 2021 I had an iron infusion at Tamworth Base Hospital the other day, and the service was just like a private hospital. It was well looked after. Fantastic care for my partner from both the doctor and nursing staff. As nutrition is SO important to our health it's a shame the food was so terrible.
Recently gave birth & had a 3 night stay here in maternity ward. I was sooo well taken care of by all the midwives and nurses. I so appreciate the kindness of staff, tending to all my needs especially post caesarean recovery. They worked so hard to organise my discharge, as I needed an ultrasound. My midwives in birth suite were so helpful and left me alone to labour with my husband and aligned perfectly with my birth philosophy. We felt so comfortable coming into hospital! Stupid system in the fracture clinic, no one seems to know what they are doing. People getting in and out before people that have been sitting for hours. Have 2 physios for over 40 patients ridiculous!
Horrible.disusting never felt so disrespected in all my life besides the men who.abused me and.my children. left with permanent damage for life and emotional trauma dont trust this environment or feel safe at all only go when im desperate also laughed at while in pain and upset have noticed the man who hurt us also treated better than myself and children
