Long wait appointment at 14.30 but now 16.00 still not seeing Dr. I woke my sick child for appointment. The reception lady said don't you know we have computer problem. If you can give us a call to notify a new time so we know and we can come later. Hope you understand people.are coming to you, they are sick. Minimize the.wait time by just communicating with them. It will help reduce spreading of germ as well.

At the time of writing, I had been waiting over 2 hours for a phone appointment that was scheduled for 9:30. Called the office twice and was still kept waiting after. Was emailed to leave a review before I even had my appointment.
The Staff and Doctors are helpful.. if you are considerate in your communication they will do the best they can... sometimes ringing direct and waiting patiently while on hold will help you to achieve the booking you need. AND ALWAYS ask the cost if applicable before you book...
