Doctors way behind time, waiting rooms are tiny with no AC,no drinking water and when I asked for water they told me they had none. I think that should definitely do better than to make patients wait in rooms no bigger then 1.5m with no AC or fresh air and no water for long periods because they can't keep to there schedules. Thay make good money and don't even look after their patients,honestly a cold drink of water and decent place to wait should be a given.
Terrible experience today. We had an 8:15am appointment with the skin doctor and waited over an hour with my three children. When I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, she smirked and said she wouldn’t check or send a message to the doctor she said "he knows your here". It was clear she wasn’t comfortable asking him, which made me wonder if the doctor is difficult to deal with. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, we were left in the dark. For a costly skin cancer check, go here. The dr hardly checked me over. Very long wait. There is never a normal appointment avaliable, only 7am or 5pm.
