Fantastic service and friendly staff, doctors are so caring. Can be a wait at times but so worth it for the care you receive
I found this practice excellent from the girls on the front line to the drs in the consultation rooms. The bed side manner from dr Peter Hinchcliffe goes above and beyond in theatre ,can’t thank him enough . It’s very rare to find theses drs.
Dr Peter Hinchliffe was such an amazing help, the wait was so worth it. The results were immaculate. The joy I received when I saw my grandson smile was worth all the money in the world.
I went into today to pick up eye drops and the arrogance from the receptionist was unbelievable..it was like I shouldn't be there..she said we we closed...this was Thursday...after telling me the drops wouldn't be there then proceeded to question me if I had been told to come in there..she finally decided she would have a look in the fridge and yes..there they were..then she was rude to the poor man behind me telling him he should have put his papers under the door and not have bothered them...such arrogance..however I've be... read more
My husband & myself recently had cataract surgery with Dr Hinchcliffe. We are absolutely delighted with the result (after having worn glasses since I was 9 years old I no longer at age 76 need to wear them at all)...can’t believe it! Dr Hinchcliffe is extremely professional & the staff at the eye centre is very accommodating and compassionate. Overall the procedure was relatively simple, (just day surgery) and we recovered very quickly. We couldn’t recommend Tamworth Eye Centre more highly.
