The staff are always extremely pleasant and friendly. I do admire the well-maintained garden out the front. Great work team, I’ll be back.
As a very anxious person, I came away from my first visit with Dr McGee, confident reassured and trusting the process. His genuine empathy for my anxiety was evident from the moment I met him. I'm so very thankful for my new confidence.
I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time (booked for 2:40 p.m.; I didn’t leave until close to 4:30 p.m.). I was repeatedly reminded that I had been “squeezed in,” having this held over me, even though this was never communicated when I booked the appointment two weeks in advance.
