My experience at the Aboriginal medical centre was disappointing. I was advised that walk-in immunisation was possible, but when I arrived I was told there were no slots available and I could not be seen. I also received inconsistent information about booking, which made the process confusing and unhelpful. Clearer communication would improve the service.. overall i feel the communication between staff and the patients should be improved significantly to avoid misunderstanding..
