Once again I had to attend TAMS for some "elder problems" and was treated with respect and a lovely friendly greeting. Health Check done, Doctor also very assuring. Each time I have been to TAMS I have left feeling very satisfied, so THANK YOU to a wonderful group. ,

Attempted to make a call on a Friday at 4:32 to schedule and an appointment for the following week, first attempt rang through, the receiver was then picked up and put down, was very distinct therefore terminating my call. My next attempt at 4:33 led me being told the call back during business hours which were stated as 9am - 5pm. Poor form.
Great staff. Only complaint is that it's difficult to call, call ends straight away rather than being put in the que. I've been answered and hung up on immediately twice. Assuming it's due to the overwhelming amount of calls but after 15 minutes it does get a little frustrating
