WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TAM AUTO I just took my 2020 Kia soul here for an oil change and as soon as he was done my car wouldn’t start. I had no check engine light on and everything was good with my car until he touched it now my engine doesn’t work anymore he told me he would fix it no charge so I left my car there and after he couldn’t fix it he was rude and said he didn’t care and that is was my problem so I took my car to Kia dealership and they said $11000 to fix my car because engine has no compression. I went there for transmission fluid change I just found out they put back in the old transmission fluid. I saw the mechanic collecting my old fluid in blue container. Tam demanded I pay him in cash and refused to provide receipt. I am very disappointed and I may lost my good transmission. He should not be on this business.
