I traveled all the way from Kentucky to see Dr Kavala after being dismissed, gaslit, and traumatized by providers in my area. Dr Kavala was knowledgeable yet laid back. He acknowledged and understood the trauma aspect of medical care. He took his time with me which meant a great deal to me. His staff are professional and kind. I decided to be treated for my chronic pelvic pain therefore will have more follow ups with Dr Kavala. I recommend his practice at this stage in treatment.
The nurse and doctor took time to listen and provided a great deal of information. The suggested treatment options have given me some hope.
Just had my first experience with Dr Kalava and his office. I’ve had extensive experience with doctors offices and with pain management. Hands down I found the right place. Everyone that we had exposure to were tremendous. I left the office already feeling better than I have been in a few years. Great job and thank you all so much. You make a difference.
Dr Kalava is hands down one of the BEST doctors I have ever met. He is extremely intelligent, compassionate and caring. From the initial consultation to the nerve block procedure, I felt comfortable and in the best of hands! On top of everything- he was familiar w my condition, which is not common ((slipping rib syndrome)). Prior doctors had dismissed my condition and pain-but not Dr Kalava!
