The mold behind our kitchen cabinets was something we never would have noticed ourselves. David found it and traced the problem back to a small leak under the sink that had apparently been feeding it for months. He explained the mold remediation plan clearly, gave us the price upfront, and his crew completed the job in about a day and a half. Everything was straightforward, and there were no surprises on the invoice.

Super easy to deal with. Booked a mold inspection, they showed up right on time, grabbed samples from a few spots, and the lab results were back within days. No runaround, no weird fees tacked on after.

We hired these guys for an air quality test after our landlord kept putting off the repairs. The results gave us the proof we needed to finally get the repairs done. The lab work also came back quickly, which really helped move the whole process along.

We called TampaBayMold.net after finding some dark stuff along the baseboard in our kids' room following a rainy stretch. David explained what to expect and had someone come out the next day. The mold testing confirmed it wasn't anything too serious, but they still cleaned it up properly and checked the air quality afterward. We were definitely relieved to get it taken care of so quickly.

David was able to figure out the source of a weird smell in our bathroom that we'd been dealing with for weeks. He checked behind the vanity and found mold covering the back wall, then got the mold remediation done in about a day. The smell is completely gone now, and the quote he gave us was exactly what we paid. Really happy with how straightforward the whole process was.
