Honestly, I'm being generous in giving her a 3, but am doing so because the independent contractor she hired for the day of my wedding (Kirsten) did an amazing job. The only thing I'll say is that I met with Cheryl once to tell her the color of the florals we wanted (oranges, burgundy, dusty rose). I wish I could give a zero. Do NOT recommend! Owner(Cheryl) was extremely difficult to get in contact with. She was very late on my wedding day with the flowers. We were extremely overcharged for the floral arrangements we requested for our wedding. When we asked to reduce the size of the floral arrangement for the head table, Cheryl said we could do it, but she wouldn’t be giving us any money back for it because of the “mechanics.” Cheryl agreed to be at our venue for the delivery at 2:00pm for pre-ceremony pictures. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Cheryl simply did not show up to my wedding. No call, No show. Yes, you are reading this correctly. She was supposed to show up at the hotel 90 minutes before the ceremony to leave the bouquets and boutonnieres and she didn’t. The venue called me to ask if I had heard from her because she had not delivered the centerpieces and other decorations for the ceremony and reception either. We couldn’t get a hold of her. We should've gone with our gut feeling when we booked Tampa Wedding Studio for our daughter's wedding. After confirming everything that we ordered and the time to be there for the day of the wedding, not only was Cheryl (owner) 1 1/2 hours late, the head table arrangements were so minimal, that the venue had to gather other items to add to the table or else it would've looked almost bare.
