What started as good service ended as horrible service! Constant change of unqualified workers. They have left the hose on, dirt all over the deck, gate unlocked and an array of broken pool pump parts left by the pump, including the dog hair from the filter all over the deck and in my plants instead of placing it in the garbage can. The pool is green and bad looking. We don’t use it and had it serviced for 4 years by this company. Right now during pollen season we are asked for more money to maintain the pool. Once every two weeks is not often of a service according to the customer service, they want to come every week and charge more.
