Not one human being on two floors walking around on Sat. I called to see if they were ok and a guy laughed and said "it's Saturday, everyone's at home". Oh great, the hospital is a complete open free for all on the weekends!!! A white haired lady behind the counter on the 4th floor said everyone was missing because they were too busy. So I asked another lady who pointed me to a patient room zero questions asked. Just wow.
The entire James A Haley system is terrible.
