No long wait, Everyone was nice and polite and gave the care that was needed. Thks to all.
The doctor I had was actually amazing. He actually sat down with me and started talking about my diabetes a topic to which I was not there for as I had an ear infection. This is the kind of care that I had many years ago that has fell by the way, Side. Most doctors now are on a timeline and have a certain amount of time they can spend with clients he actually cared . I’m not easy client and I don’t like going to the doctor, but he said some things that will probably change my life in a positive manner.
I was completely miserable and in a lot of pain when I walked in. The counter person was very patient with me and Dr. Deepa was so kind and understanding. Her soft tone was everything. She told me what was wrong, how to fix it and a few days later even called to check in on me. I am not one who normally goes to an urgent care. I was really desperate that day. I was also on my way out of town and Dr. Deepa & her Staff were swift in their efforts. I would highly recommend this place!
