Hired AL and his team to remove and replace SOD in a front yard of a home in Odessa. Super friendly and communicative. However, the actual prep and execution of the job did not go so well. From written estimate request to Inaccurate calculations of amount of SOD needed, actual cost of job was in correct, equipment to complete the job was not on hand, job cleanup was not performed and left to owner. I just had Alfred put in three pallets of sod. It was a small, easy job as the ground was tilled and leveled, ready for sod. All he had to do was properly lay it. While Alfred is great to meet, the work he has his team do is subpar at best. And I put this on Alfred. Apparently Alfred's character when he came to the site was different than when I met him. Hired this company to finish the re-sodding I had started. Very friendly. However, the quality of the sod was very poor and weedy compared to sod that I purchased and laid. I am now spending more money trying to get rid of the weeds. Additionally, the job was finished late and was overpriced. The waste dumpster was not picked up until a week later.
