I’m big on places with gyms but this place…They don’t allow you to donate gym equipment and they refuse to buy or replace any of it but we can’t donate lol the equipment is broken and or falling apart.. they do nothing about it …they got all this money for HOA fees though and they can’t even have a nice decent gym. Lost thousands of dollars moving into Unit 106, there was previous extreme plumbing issues that were known and went unfixed, 2 weeks into moving into the unit there was a huge sewage backup damaging thousands of dollars of property and forcing me to evacuate, no housing or cleanup was provided. They’re now trying to take my security deposit on top of all of this. Complete scammers, do not move into this complex if you want to maintain a stable and secure life.
