Terrible service. With in a month my washer started making a terrible sound and would not wash or spin. They have a thirty day guarentee. It took 2 weeks to get a hold of someone and when we did they were rude and try to blame us for breaking the machine. It took them another to come get the machine and 5 more days to fix it. Then they tried to charge me for it when it had a guarantee. They held it hoatage until we gave them money. These people are crooks I would never return and I would not recommend them to anyone.
