Professional and warm atmosphere.
Upon arriving at the office, I observed a sign on the door requiring all visitors to wear a mask. Additionally, I was instructed to surrender my phone, as personal devices were not permitted inside. Before entering, I was asked whether I had any issues with dogs, which I found unusual. When the examiner came to escort me, I was surprised to see a large dog, which appeared to be a labradoodle, present in the office. I considered this setting to be unprofessional. Went for FAA neuro-cog screen and psych testing. Very knowledgeable and easy going staff, especially Dr Dsurney who was very thorough. My one complaint is they require money orders, which I did not know how to do and did not know you can get them at Publix; I wish the Deposit Guidelines they sent me included the line: "You can get money orders at Publix", as that would've saved me some undo stress. But they still worked with me by accepting cash so no worries there.
My daughter recently completed FAA ADHD testing with Dr. John Dsurney, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, both Dr. Dsurney and his assistant, Colleen, were incredibly patient, professional, and supportive. Just Don't !! If you need a required evaluation for the FAA or VA, for your own sanity, request someone other than this "so called doctor". I recommend reading all the 1-star reviews, I agree with all of them. Some were actually nicer than I would have stated.
