Your Warranty folks are outstanding in some areas. I currently have an issue with my cabinets in my home.Some of them are splitting. We had the hardware installed when we moved in because you don't office those services. This was our cost to over $1500. Now, with the cabinets being replaced, the hardware has to be replaced at our cost. This is totally unfair to us as customers when your cabinet vendor is to blame. Difficult to get a hold of someone or find information on homes for sale. Just annoying if everything is hard...
Dr Horton helped in my first home purchase. I’m so impressed the way they held my hand through the whole experience. They had a lot of patience with me presenting my documents for financing. The experience was out of this world. Weekly pictures of the house being built and constant updating on homes build. The experience was outstanding. Thank you DR Horton for believing in me.
