Be aware specifically of the Express Townhomes due to the very high HOA fee for what you get. 5 years in and the HOA fee is $180 - scheduled to go up to $280 (for painting the entire neighborhood - after only 5 years) there is no pool or gathering area, the grass in the common areas has been allowed to go to weeds, 25% of the trees are dying, the security gate is broken at least once a month, utility boxes/drains/pipes have been run over by landscapers leaving open holes with jagged edges. Just not with the cost.
I had the best experience. I have built and bought homes in Tampa for the past 23 years. Mary was my sales realtor and the MOST precious person was Jonathan the builder supervisor!!!! Jonathan was always answering my calls and he did the MOST precise details to have the house perfect. He works nonstop and he actually does most all of the minor repairs. I love this guy. Jonathan is truly a hard worker and he made my house buying process smooth sailing. Love this man!!!!!! Thank you so much!
The finishing of the details is terrible, the bathroom faucet is inverted, the things pointed out by the owner who paid without a problem were not taken into account, the grass in the yard is the worst, even with the animals called moo, etc., because there is more. If you are looking to build your house, I do not recommend this one.,

We just bought a new home! The whole experience from start to finish was spectacular. Clear communication, realistic expectations, down-to-earth sales people. By far the easiest part of moving.
