Optum Trash! I was 18 minutes late after driving over a hour to get here for my VA Hearing test, the staff had no compassion at all, told me I was more than 15 minutes late and refused to see me. even after I explained I drove an hour and took time off work. there not serving Veterans their praying on them. when i called Optimum they told me the same and that I couldn't reschedule. then I got an email saying since "I" canceled in less than 24 hours I could not reschedule. I went to my VA disability compensation appointment on March 21st, 2023 and I had no issues with the examiner or the exam. I do have an issue with the travel pay check not being released for a long time. It's going on 3 weeks now and still no money. This is not the first time this has happened. Other companies that have been contracted by the VA to conduct exams pay out within a week . QTC medical group ,etc. This needs to stop.
Before my long wait in the doctor’s office, I thought I would get ready by visiting the restroom. Someone with a cleaning cart was standing outside the facility, so I assumed that the place was just tidied up. To my surprise and dismay, there was a very strong foul smell in there. It was more nauseating when I discovered that both stalls were clogged with fecal matter. I walked out and the supposed housekeeping person disappeared. Not the kind of hospital clean place I expected.
