I called to find out if this practice accepted my insurance. "No we don't accept that" I taken off guard at the snappy rudeness of her sentence. I corrected my self and said it's not the PPO but the HMO and got an even ruder reply "No we don't accept Humana at all". In less then 10 seconds I determined I would never go to this practice at all.
I highly recommend this Lung Doc ! they go above and beyond they see you as a person and not a number - The girls who work the phones and front area are the sweetest and push for patients.
I’ve been trying to reach out to this office for days now in Plant city I’ve also tried to call the Tampa location to get the correct address because I know the address changed from the last time that I went there in the Plant city location. I had some girl named Katie, who was super rude on the phone and wouldn’t even help me to figure out what addressed my appointment was going to be at this coming Friday. The doctors and staff at Tampa Lung Specialists are wonderful. They are intelligent, knowledgeable and caring. Their patients needs come first. Dr. Bueso, De. Odeesh and Dr. Carmel have been a Godsend for me.
BEST run Drs office I have ever experienced! From initial call for an appointment-phone answered on second ring (always), helpful and welcoming staff to Dr Sierra's professionalism and all the great support staff....Excellent! I had an 11AM appt and arrived at 10:59AM. 11:01AM I was called back for my testing. Unreal. I rarely write reviews but this needed to happen. Never experienced anything close this! Thank you!
